Grounding Elegance

This stunning renovation project highlights a sophisticated blend of functionality and elegance, bringing new life to key areas of the home with custom elements and elevated design solutions.

In the living room, we created a striking focal point around the fireplace by designing custom built-ins on either side. The cabinets feature custom inset doors, which open to reveal ample storage space, keeping the design both sleek and practical. The pièce de résistance is the custom Colorado Calacatta marble mantel, crafted and sourced locally in the United States. The overall design maintains a balance of timeless design elements and classic materials, ensuring the space feels both warm and inviting.

The bathroom renovation showcases a beautiful blend of modern luxury and classic elegance. A custom walnut vanity with a built-up marble countertop and scalloped backsplash detail takes center stage. The tile shower features contemporary, chic tilework, while the checkered floor tile brings a playful yet sophisticated touch to the space. Brass fixtures throughout add a warm, vintage-inspired finish, creating an overall sense of refined opulence.

The laundry room renovation focused on refreshing the space while maintaining the charm of the existing cabinetry. Wanting to add texture and dimension to the design, a floral wallcovering and tongue and groove detail were included. A new, vintage style utility sink was installed with a wall mount faucet to play off the traditional style of the home. 

Each area of this home renovation was designed with the intention of elevating everyday spaces, combining bespoke craftsmanship with modern design principles to create a harmonious, elegant environment.
